How the free trial works. Both rates start with 3 days free — one trial per account, per website and per card. You add a card when you start; nothing is charged for 3 days. When the trial ends, the rate you picked is charged automatically and then every month until you cancel. We email you the day before. Cancel any time before the trial ends in your SmallStacks account and you pay nothing.

Payment is taken by Stripe; SmallStacks never sees your card. Billing, receipts and cancellation all live in your SmallStacks account. Prices are in US dollars.

What happens right after I pay?

Your bot is created automatically and you land back here signed in. Open the dashboard, paste your business information, and copy the one-line tag onto your site.

Can I switch between Basic and Premium?

Yes, from your SmallStacks account, and the change takes effect on the next invoice. You do not buy a second subscription to move up.

What happens if I cancel?

The bot stops answering at the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is deleted immediately, so resubscribing picks up where you left off.

Do I need a SmallStacks website?

No. Stacks AI goes on whatever site you already have, including one somebody else built.
