Do I need a SmallStacks website to use this?
No. Stacks AI goes on whatever site you already have. If SmallStacks built your site, we put the tag in for you.
What happens when I hit the daily limit?
The bubble tells visitors it is unavailable until the next day rather than billing you for overage. Basic carries 250 messages a day, Premium 1,000.
Can it take a booking or a payment?
Not yet. It answers questions and hands the visitor your contact details. It will not promise a slot or a price it was not given.
Is there a contract?
No. It is month to month, and you cancel from your SmallStacks account whenever you like.
