What happens right after I pay?

Your bot is created automatically and you land back here signed in. Open the dashboard, paste your business information, and copy the one-line tag onto your site.

Can I switch between Basic and Premium?

Yes, from your SmallStacks account, and the change takes effect on the next invoice. You do not buy a second subscription to move up.

What happens if I cancel?

The bot stops answering at the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is deleted immediately, so resubscribing picks up where you left off.

Do I need a SmallStacks website?

No. Stacks AI goes on whatever site you already have, including one somebody else built.
